Clinicial Coordinator
We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to oversee all clinical services at the program and be a member of the program’s administrative team and the Robert F. Kennedy Children’s Action Corps’ Agency-wide Leadership Institute. Responsibilties include supervision of two master's level Clinicians, management of a small caseload, consultations with the on-site psychiatrist and the provision of group counseling and family therapy meetings. The right candidate will be a licensed master’s-level clinician/social worker (MSW or LICSW) with a minimum of four years of experience or have a Doctorate in Psychology (psychologist). This individual must also be able to function effectively within an interdisciplinary treatment team, understand and support a comprehensive treatment approach and be able to assess and manage crisis situations when necessary. Familiarity with the juvenile justice system and prior residential experience are preferred. Knowledge of DBT is helpful, but we will train and supervise in that modality. Salary is commensurate with training and experience.
Residential Counselors (FT and Per Diem)
Outgoing enthusiastic individuals are needed for activity facilitation and limit setting for adolescent males in a secure setting. A high comfort level in dealing with young males, strong role-modeling skills and a high school diploma are required. A Bachelor's degree and prior experience are preferred.
