Supervisor
The Supervisor is responsible for the safe running of shifts and for effective daily management of the milieu and of all program functions in the absence of the Program Director. The supervisor will also provide supervision of staff, advocate for residents, complete all necessary paperwork before the end of shift and communicate all necessary information to the on-coming supervisor.
Assistant Supervisor
We are seeking an Assistant Supervisor to help strucuture shifts, manage adolescent male youths in crisis, administer medication and help maintain program cleanliness and safety. Up to 9 months of residential experience, a high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required.
Residential Counselors (FT & Per Diem)
We are seeking a Residential Counselor to be responsible for direct, on-floor supervision of behaviorally-challenged, court-involved adolescent boys, providing safe, pro-social & age-appropriate activities. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

PT Adventure Specialist
We are seeking a PT Adventure Specialist one day a week, primarily Saturdays, to work with our Western Area Adventure Specialist to plan and deliver safe and effective adventure activities, trips and programs for the clients in our care. Activities will include but are not limited to: hiking, teambuilding initiatives, orienteering, camping, kayaking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and cultural tours. The PT Adventure Specialist will also document activities with written trip and activity reports and will assist in delivery of staff training in adventure skill areas, while also evaluating the abilities of other staff members’ adventure skills. Two years of experience delivering adventure activities and working with children in a residential, school or camp environment and significant training and practical experience in outdoor adventure skills, such as canoeing, outdoor leadership and risk management, are required. Current Red Cross certification or equivalent, certification as a Lifeguard and – at minimum - current certification in Wilderness First Aid are also required.
