Leadership

The Robert F. Kennedy Children's Action Corps is a private nonprofit, nonpartisan organization led by a highly experienced management team, a volunteer board of directors, and a volunteer advisory council. Our volunteers and administrators share a deep commitment to improving the lives of children and families throughout Massachusetts – and work hard to ensure our agency succeeds in its mission.

The leadership, commitment, and professionalism of our administrators extend throughout our agency, and can be seen in everyone from our program directors and principals to our counselors, teachers, and nurses. We strive to keep all of our employees satisfied in their careers and highly involved in the agency as a whole. In 2001, we launched the Leadership Institute, now a vital component of our programming. Inspired by the Executive Program for Non-Profit Leaders at Stanford Business School, the Leadership Institute fosters the exchange of ideas, aligns employees with the organization’s core values, and invests in the staff’s professional development and growth. The result is highly engaged and motivated employees whose intelligence, creativity, and skills help to improve the quality of our programs and the efficiency of our entire organization.
