Supervisor

The Supervisor is responsible for the safe running of shifts and for effective daily management of the milieu and of all program functions in the absence of the Program Manager. The supervisor will also provide supervision of staff, advocate for residents, complete all necessary paperwork before the end of shift and communicate all necessary information to the on-coming supervisor.

Assistant Supervisor

Assistant Supervisors structure shifts, manage youth in crisis, administer medicine and help maintain program cleanliness. Assistant Supervisors also help train and orient new employees and maintain the safety and security of the program, its residents and staff. Sal: 26-30K.

Residential Counselors

We are seeking Residential Counselors to provide direct, on-floor supervision of youth residents, incorporating safe, pro-social and age-appropriate activities. Applicants must be a least 21 years old and have a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Sal: 25-29K

Teacher's Assistant 


We are seeking a Teacher's Assistant to support and supervise the educational and emotional/behavioral needs of the students within the classroom. Duties include but are not limited to: supporting the teacher in creating a classroom environment that meets the students' needs for safety, educational growth and social/emotional development; assisting the teacher in implementing and evaluating daily lesson plans and participating in the Behavior Management System. The schedule is Monday-Friday; 8am-4pm; this is a 12-month position. Applicants must be 21 or older and possess a valid driver's license. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. Sal: $27K
