The Robert F. The RFK Children’s Action Corps puts a high priority on staff training and professional development, enabling our employees to grow professionally while improving the level of care and treatment that our agency delivers. For example, every month our program staff attends training sessions, workshops, and conferences on issues such as substance abuse, domestic violence, and gangs.
